Michael attended Seaside Schools from kindergarten until he graduated Seaside High School in 2017. While in school he enjoyed participating in the school plays starting with doing tech and then moved onto the stage. He always enjoyed his theater family and spoke about those times often. He also spent summers at Camp Kiwanilong first as a camper and then as a counselor. Some of his best times in life revolved around his time at Camp K. Michael was always a leader and always found a way to give back to the community he loved so much.

- After graduation he went to Eastern Oregon Community College in Bend. He realized soon after that he wanted to pursue something other than college. He decided to enter the workforce and again found
- himself in a leadership role that within a few years led him back home to Seaside. During this time he had finally decided what he was passionate about. He was in the process of enrolling in Culinary school to pursue his passion to become a pastry chef.
